Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Futur ("we", "our" or "us") is a Dan-Gur Labs product. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, who handles it, and how you can change your choice when you use the Futur website. Futur is a stylised model of the UK economy. It is not a forecast, and it does not ask you for personal information.

4. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it to advertise to you.

5. Data Sharing

We share analytics data only with the service providers needed to run analytics, acting on our behalf:

These providers process data on our behalf and are subject to contractual safeguards. We do not share data for advertising or marketing purposes.

6. International Transfers

Your data may be processed outside the UK or European Economic Area, in particular by Google. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are in place.

7. Data Retention

We keep analytics data only for as long as it is useful for understanding how the site is used, and we keep our retention settings with the providers as short as is practical. The cookies above expire after the lifetimes shown.

8. Your Rights and Your Choice

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

To change your cookie choice at any time, use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any Futur page, or clear this site's cookies in your browser.

Because our analytics identifier is random and we do not know who you are, we may not be able to link it to you. To exercise your other rights, or for anything else, contact us through dan-gur.com/contact.

9. Children's Privacy

Futur is not intended for children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
